Terms & Conditions
Terms for patients using Coordily services and for clinics and doctors applying to join the Coordily Partner Network.
1. General Terms of Service
Coordily coordinates healthcare tourism journeys between international patients and verified partner clinics in Egypt. Coordily is a coordination platform and is not itself a medical provider. Clinical care is delivered by independent licensed clinics and doctors. By using our website, forms, or patient portal, you agree to provide accurate information and to communicate respectfully with Coordily staff and partner clinics.
Payments, invoices, and refunds related to treatment are governed by the specific invoice, clinic agreement, and applicable payment provider terms (including Stripe when used). Coordily may update these terms; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Clinic Partnership Terms
These terms apply to clinics submitting the Coordily Clinic Partnership Requirements & Onboarding Pack and the online partnership application.
2.1 Purpose
Coordily connects pre-qualified international patients with verified clinics and doctors in Egypt. Partner clinics must pass Coordily's vetting process before being listed on the platform.
2.2 Required documents
Clinics must provide the documents listed in the onboarding pack (legal & registration, medical staff qualifications, operations & quality, clinical portfolio, laboratory details, pricing & commercial information, and contact information). Incomplete submissions delay onboarding. Supporting documents should be sent to partnerships@coordily.com within 14 days of application.
2.3 Mandatory quality standards
- Valid Egyptian medical practice licence, and a Ministry of Health licence for the clinic
- Active Egyptian Medical Syndicate membership, with verified specialty qualifications
- Enrolled in Egypt's national Medical Error Insurance Fund, as required by law
- Documented sterilisation and infection control, with single-use consumables
- Written informed consent before treatment, and full medical records given to the patient in English
- Named doctor confirmed before travel, and a dedicated English-speaking contact
- Transparent fixed pricing
- Annual re-audit by Coordily, with a minimum 10 up to 15 case verified portfolio
2.4 Onboarding process
Typical timeline from complete submission to first patient referral is 2–4 weeks: document submission → initial review → video/on-site audit → pricing & commercial agreement → contract signing → platform listing → first referral → annual re-audit.
2.5 Commercial terms
Bank details (IBAN/SWIFT) and tax registration are required before the first referral. Commercial terms discussed during onboarding are confidential.
2.6 Declarations
By submitting an application, the clinic confirms that information is accurate and complete, documents are genuine and valid, it agrees to Coordily quality standards and vetting, and it understands Coordily may decline or remove any clinic that does not meet its standards.
